She will assist you in developing skills to help you thrive in life, feel grounded, and have a sense of purpose, peace and happiness.

The therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in successful outcomes and treatment experience. Meagan’s goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, judgement-free environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to become their ideal self.

She uses a mixed-methods approach to personalize treatment tailored to the needs of each person, as no individual is the same. Therapeutic modalities include CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Mindfulness training. By utilizing various modalities, she assists clients in examining the connection between how their thoughts and feelings directly impact behaviors.

She enjoys teaching mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, emotion regulation, ideal-self, grounding techniques, self-compassion, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.

In addition to providing therapeutic services, Meagan also provides clinical supervision and trainings for associate level therapists.
